Who we are. Roanoke Tree Removal is a local referral and information service for the Roanoke Valley. We pass requests to an independent, local tree crew; we do not do the work ourselves.

What we collect. You don't need an account to read this site. If you send the quote form, we receive what you enter: your name, phone number, town or ZIP and a description of the job. If you call, the call is answered by or forwarded to the local crew handling requests. Standard web server logs and, if enabled, privacy-friendly analytics record pages viewed, approximate location and browser type.

How we use it. To pass your request to an independent, local tree crew so they can contact you and quote the work, and to operate and improve the site. Form submissions are delivered by email through our form provider (Web3Forms). We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with. Only the local crew handling your request, and the service providers that run this site and its form. The crew is an independent business, and its own privacy practices apply once it contacts you.

Your choices. You can ask us to delete the details you sent by using the contact page. California residents may also request to know, delete or correct personal information we hold; we do not sell or share it for advertising.

Retention. Form messages and logs are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and operate the site, then deleted.

Links to other sites. Pages may link to government and other websites. Their privacy practices are their own.
